Well,, i will give u some ideas to make u better. You just need a chair and computer of course (hahaha )
a. Usually i like to browsing some cats pictures on google, tumblr and others. Seeing kitty cats pictures will make you smiling.
b. I used to listening pop & R'nB music such as Rihanna, SelGomez, BEP, James Blunt, Jay Sean, Bruno Mars, Enrique Iglesias, etc. But now i prefer to listen nasyid and islamic music such as Opick, Raihan, Brothers, etc.
c. Reading Qur'an ( Tadabur Qur'an )
d. Pinning your fave stuff
e. Blog ur mind
f. Clean ur desk
